Booking, cancellation & weather policy

Tickets and boarding

  • Every guest gets their own ticket with a QR code, including children and infants. Each ticket can be scanned once.
  • Boarding opens 30 minutes before departure at the departure point shown on your ticket (Marina, Business Bay or Jaddaf Waterfront, depending on the vessel). Please arrive on time: trips leave as scheduled and a private charter ends at the booked time.
  • Show your ticket on your phone, in your wallet or printed. A screenshot of a ticket that was already scanned will not be accepted.
  • If your booking is not paid yet, please pay at the counter before boarding.

Children and infants

  • On the dinner cruise, children pay the child fare and infants travel free. Everyone counts towards the yacht's licensed capacity, so infants need a ticket too.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times on board.

Cancelling or changing your booking

To change the date or cancel, contact us with your booking reference (it starts with B-).

To be confirmed by ARB Yachts: how far in advance customers can cancel for a full or partial refund, any non-refundable deposit or fee, and the rules for no-shows and late changes.

Bad weather and safety

  • The captain decides whether it is safe to sail. That decision is final.
  • If we cancel a trip because of weather or safety, we email every guest. You can move to another date or get a full refund, whichever you prefer.
  • If a trip has to end early for safety reasons once it has started, we will tell you on board what we can offer.

Refunds

Refunds go back the way you paid: to the same card for card payments, or in cash at the counter for cash payments. Card refunds can take a few working days to appear, depending on your bank.

Prices

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. Your receipt shows the VAT amount.
