Terms of booking
Last updated October 2026
These terms apply to every booking made with ARB Yachts on this website, by phone or at our counter. By booking you agree to them and to our booking, cancellation and weather policy.
1. Your booking
- A booking is confirmed when you receive your booking reference and tickets.
- A private charter books the whole yacht, with captain and crew, for the hours you chose. A shared trip books seats on a scheduled departure.
- The lead guest is responsible for the details given and for passing the booking information to the rest of the group.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are in AED and include 5% VAT. The price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- You can pay online where available, or at the counter before boarding. Unpaid bookings must be paid before anyone boards.
- Discount codes have their own conditions (validity dates, number of uses, which trips they apply to) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Tickets and boarding
- Each guest needs their own ticket. Tickets are personal to the booking and can be scanned once.
- We may refuse boarding to anyone without a valid ticket, anyone who arrives after departure, or anyone whose behaviour puts the trip or other guests at risk, without a refund.
- The number of guests can never exceed the yacht's licensed capacity. We may ask for names (and, where required by the marina authorities, identification) for the guest list.
4. On board
- Please follow the captain's and crew's instructions at all times. Life jackets are on board for every guest.
- Guests are responsible for damage they cause to the yacht or its equipment.
- Children must be supervised by an adult.
5. Changes, cancellations and weather
Changes and cancellations follow our booking, cancellation and weather policy. If we have to cancel, we will offer you another date or a full refund.
6. Liability
We take care to run every trip safely. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as weather, port authority instructions or mechanical faults found during safety checks, beyond offering a new date or a refund. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE.
